Get started with your Twin

Plan a first activation or begin working in an existing Twin workspace.

Choose the path that matches where your organisation is today.

If your organisation is considering a Twin

You do not need to map the whole company. Begin with one recurring question or workflow where a shared, reviewed definition would be valuable.

The first activation guide covers the two-week design-partner journey, source fit, review roles, and a practical way to agree success.

If you already have a workspace

Ask your organisation administrator or implementation contact for:

  • your organisation’s workspace link or invitation;
  • the account you should use to sign in; and
  • a useful first question, document, or workflow.

Good first goals are specific and easy to recognise when complete:

  • “Summarise the main risks in these customer notes.”
  • “Explain this month’s outstanding invoices.”
  • “Prepare a weekly update from this project Channel.”
  • “Turn this document into a clear action list.”

Follow Start your first Session for the everyday path from a clear request to a reviewed result.

When an agent helps with setup

An agent can inspect what is available, prepare a plan, and explain each next step. Some actions still belong to a person:

  • signing in and confirming identity;
  • approving access in a protected browser screen;
  • entering a secret through an approved secure form; and
  • reviewing business meaning before it is published to the Twin.

The setup journey records progress so it can pause at one of these checkpoints and continue afterwards.

Setup is not the same as verified

Saving connection details does not prove that useful information is flowing. Your Twin distinguishes a connection that needs action, one being checked, one that is ready, and one that has failed.
