Use your Twin workspace
Find your work, collaborate around shared context, and use your organisation’s Twin.
The Twin workspace brings people, agents, and shared business context together.
Use it to start work, follow agent progress, organise information in Channels, review supporting evidence, and manage the parts of the Twin available to your role.
The main areas
| Area | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Sessions | Ask an agent to do work and continue the conversation |
| Channels | Organise shared records, files, views, and context |
| Inbox | Review items, mentions, and work that needs attention |
| Automations | Run useful Sessions on a schedule |
| Admin | Manage connections, skills, the Twin, and organisation access |
Some areas are available only when your organisation has enabled them or your role allows you to use them.
Sessions are for work
A Session begins with a goal. It records the conversation, live work, outputs, and follow-ups so the task can be understood and continued.
Use a Session when you want an agent to analyse, explain, prepare, transform, or coordinate something.
Channels are for shared context
A Channel brings related business information together. It can contain structured records, saved views, source context, files, and a shared memory for the work.
Use a Channel when information should be organised and useful across more than one Session.
Triage and repeat work
Inbox helps you review incoming information and hand useful context to an agent or Channel.
Automations handle work that should run consistently, such as a daily briefing or a clear Inbox routing rule.
Follow what is happening
The workspace shows the state of active work and the freshness of the information it is displaying. A running Session can continue updating without you refreshing the page.
If something fails, keep the Session or request identifier available. It helps support trace the exact work without exposing private source data.
Help and account controls
The Help menu includes the product tour, keyboard shortcuts, feedback, and support. Your account menu contains organisation and appearance controls available to you.
The web app and connected assistants share one Twin
Work in the Twin workspace can use the same published business knowledge made available to approved tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. Those tools remain separate places to work, not separate sources of business truth.
