Web and native apps
Sign in to the web or native workspace for the complete Twin experience.
The Twin workspace is the complete experience. Use it when you want shared Channels, task conversations, live progress, reviewed knowledge, and links back to the workspace—not only a bounded Twin answer.
Web app
Your organisation has its own workspace address. Open the invite or workspace link supplied by your administrator and sign in with the offered identity provider. Do not substitute a different organisation slug or tenant address.
Web app overview
Understand Sessions, Channels, Inbox, Automations, and account controls.
Start your first Session
Give your agent a clear goal, add context, and follow the work.
Work with Channels
Organise shared records, files, views, and business context.
Work through Inbox
Review incoming items and hand useful context to an agent.
Native apps
Native macOS and iOS clients can connect to the same remote Twin service. Their local stores are working copies, not the authoritative business record. Distribution and availability are organisation-managed; use the build or download supplied by your implementation contact.
One source of truth
A native client does not run a separate local Twin, Claude runtime, or Codex runtime. Canonical workspace, task, run, and Twin state remains in the remote Twin service.
If an answer includes a Channel link, opening it still requires normal workspace sign-in and Channel access. The link does not make the underlying Channel public.
